We don't *just* make fingerprint and thumbprint jewellery!

Over the past decade or so, we've become rather good at taking fingerprints, handprints, footprints and even paw prints too!

Although we mostly send out fingerprinting kits to our customers around the world, we can also come out and take prints in person,

For several years now, we have also offered a local in-person printing service for a very modest fee. 

What Services do you offer?

We work with numerous other local businesses and shops who wish to offer our fingerprint jewellery and handprint to their customers.

We also work with businesses who need to take a good, clear set of of fingerprints, handprints and footprints for other reasons - like for handprint or footprint tattoo's!

Sometimes customer's just want a nice set of prints to keep as a keepsake, for sentimental reasons.

We're always happy to help.

We know every tip and trick needed to take the perfect impressions and we know exactly what we need to see in a fingerprint or thumb print for it to be clear enough to translate well onto a tattoo, keepsake or piece of jewellery. 

So, if you feel like you're struggling to take your customer's fingerprints, thumbprints or handprints, or even if you just want someone to do the whole thing for you, we are more than happy to arrange a visit. 

How Can we arrange a visit?

We are more than happy to answer any questionsyou might have and to talk things over. 

We will arrange a visit at mutually convenient time and take the fingerprints, thumbprints, handprints or footprints required.  

We will then either take the prints back to the Sophia Alexander studio ready to make a commissioned piece of jewellery, or, we will leave the prints with you.

Please note:

You are only paying for the fingerprinting service and the actual prints. 
There is no need for any customer to order a piece of jewelley once the prints have been taken if they don't want to.  

If a piece of jewellery is ordered after prints have been taken, the price of the fingerprinting service will be deducted from the price of the completed order.

 

What area do you operate in?

This is a local service, so your shop or business needs to be relatively close to our studio in Kedington, Suffolk, UK.

Kedington is a small village halfway between the towns of Clare and Haverhill in South-West Suffolk. 

We usually work within a 10-mile radius (16km) but we have previously provided assistance to customers as far afield as Linton, Newmarket, Sudbury, and Saffron Walden.

What if my business is not local?

If your business falls outside our visiting radius but you still feel like you would like a little more assistance with taking your customer fingerprints or handprints, we are also able to help via Zoom. 

Zoom meetings are the next best thing to having us there with you in person and can be set up with businesses anywhere in the UK (or anywhere in the world!).  

We will be able to guide you through the whole process, showing you exactly what you need to do to take the very best impressions.

We'll try to guide you through all the common mistakes and be able to advise you on anything you're having trouble with.
